What Is a Sponsor

The definition of an apprenticeship sponsor is quite simple.

An apprenticeship sponsor is:

  1. An employer whose employees' training program has been validated by the Office of Apprenticeship, and
  2. An employer who is willing to train his/her novice workers in all the aspects of their occupation.
