Who is ellegible to Become a Sponsor?

Any employer, who employs novice workers in any of the 875 apprenticeable occupations, is eligible to become a sponsor. See apprenticeable occupations list.

The employer must be able to train workers in all aspects of the occupation. Employers that specialize in only some of the tasks of the occupation are not qualified for a registered apprenticeship program.
